Long Island Catering Like Nothing Else

My husband and I fell in love with The Chateau Briand almost immediately. We were blown away by how phenomenal the service was on our wedding day. We were treated like royalty. The events of that day ran seamlessly. The wedding attendants and our maître d' took care of our every need. The icing on the cake was that it stopped raining just in time for us to have our outdoor wedding in the Oasis. It truly was our dream wedding.

I cannot thank Chateau and it's staff enough for making my wedding such a beautiful day! I looked at over 10 halls and I am so happy I chose Chateau! Everyone did such a wonderful job! I first met with Tom and booked my wedding with him and continued to work with him up until the very end! He was absolutely wonderful. He always responded to my emails promptly. Both the cocktail hour and reception were out of this world! The food was excellent! I would also like to thank Maria and my two bridal attendants for truly taking care of my husband and I the whole entire night! They did not miss a beat, they made sure we were taken care of all night. I have gotten some many compliments on my wedding, it was amazing!

We want to THANK Victor, Lisa, Dominico, Bridal attendents and staff in helping make a special day for Melissa and Louie come true. You all went out of your way to make the experience easy and painless. THANK YOU!!! The outside ceremony was absolutely beautiful and the reception in the new room was exquisite. Although I did not get to eat much my family and friends raved about the quality and presentation of the food! A special thanks to Lisa who took a tough situation solved all the issues and clearly is a caring person with a sense of humor. Dear Tom, On March 15, 2013, my family experienced one of the greatest nights of our lives - my daughter Aimee's Sweet 16. I say those words honestly and without exaggeration. Our guests are still talking about the food, service and beauty of the Chateau Briand. Some have even said it was the best party they had evenr attended. I am very grateful to you, Allison Marie and Marisol. We felt special. We felt we were being cared for by friends. And let me add, that when your daughter turns to you and says "Mom, this is the greatest night. It could not be better", well, it doesn't get much sweeter than that. Hello who it may concern at Chateau Briand / Scotto Bros, This is an important email that must be read by upper Chateau and Scotto management!!! My wedding was last night in Saturna. First I have to say that through the past year, planning my wedding: every single employee of Chateau that I have encountered was AMAZING. Starting with booking through Tommy, sitting with Domenico, Paul as Maître d' and my two bridal attendants - Faith and Marisol. There is not ONE single negative thing I can say about the entire experience. Sitting with Paul earlier this week - at final appointment, I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED at the Gorgeous Saturna make over. WHAT A SURPRISE!!! (and of course hearing I was the first wedding in the new room was an extra special surprise, it make up for the cold snowy weather that stopped us from using the outside) Yesterday, I stepped out the limo at the doors of Chateau and was pleasantly greeted by Paul, Marisol and Faith who ran the show from the first minute to the last second of the night. I was in shock of the constant attentiveness of all three of them. Everything was going smooth until minutes before the ceremony when my Pastor never showed. From the moment we got the Pastor on the phone - it seemed like Paul already had his brain going with a quick urgent game plan. Although I had a major melt down - Paul, Marisol, Faith and Lisa the General Manager took total charge - gave me some choices of what to do next - I went with their suggestions and within 15 minutes - the entire situation was solved. It was the most amazing thing I have ever seen. The Pastor finally showed in time to marry us, after we did cocktail hour first. Paul extended my wedding by 30 minutes and asked Tommy Tunes to stay overtime as well. I did not expect that AT ALL, but was so overwhelmed with happiness. Paul and the girls kept their cool the entire time and calmed me down during my melt down. I felt like a queen the entire day! Although plans were changed - my wedding was so beyond amazing, there are no words that can express how happy I am about the turnout. Every single thing I asked them to do or not to do, was exactly what happened. Everything was set up to PERFECTION! There is not one single thing that was missed or forgotten. Now said that, they weren't over attentive either - they gave us space, yet always seemed to sneak by with drinks, food etc. we never had to ask for anything and they went above and beyond expectations. I felt like I was spinning all the time and no matter what the three of them had something so say or give me to make me smile all night long. I do not think - no, scratch that...I KNOW my wedding would have been as spectacular as it was if it was not for all of those people involved. I can not imagine my wedding with out them. Besides the phenomenal service, the food was absolutely delish! Everyone raved about the Chateau Briand steak and the ribs at cocktail hour. I heard from my guests that the bartenders were great and the drinks were perfect. My parents were so happy and I can not think one bad thing anyone has said yet. I would like to apologize to Lisa for having my melt down. LOL. Although it was not towards anyone but my Pastor, Lisa handled it well! Lastly, I would also like to mention that Tommy Tunes was equally pleasing. I know they are a house DJ and I can see why! My cake was also perfection and tasted even better, Sandy did a great job. Only the best comes out of a Scotto Brothers wedding - even the outside vendors. Especially mention Paul, Faith, Marisol and Lisa for their EXCELLENT AMAZING AND SPECTACULAR JOB!
