Chateau Briand A+++++ Maria was our maitre d' for the evening. Wow, let me tell you I knew from the minute she staring speaking I would love her. And I wasn't wrong. Maria greeted us with our 2 bridal attendants, Virginia and Veronica, and a slew of people to gather the last minute stuff, that was not ready the day of drop-off. Maria was fantastic, calming me down, as we were late getting to venue. She walked me to the Bridal Suite with my Bride where I met the bridal attendants. Maria was also visible and accessible for anything the bride needed. Coming over many, many times making sure bride and groom also were happy, and if they needed anything she got it done. Virginia the bridal attendant was so fantastic, she stuck with the bride and making sure we had everything we needed. She radio when we lost some of the bridal party which tended to wander between the Bridal Room and the Photo suite. The brides clasp on the back of her wedding gown popped off, she was wearing a low back, Virginia whipped out her needle and thread and sewed it back on, what a lifesaver as her dress was low back, and that clasp keep everything in place! Virginia was visible all night long, asking the bride and groom if there was anything they needed and if they did, she did it ASAP. She also came to me all night long asking the same thing. There was a few times, I needed to locate someone, and she got it done. When the night was over, she was such a lifesaver, I gave her a hug and kiss to thank her. If you are considering a wedding at the Chateau Briand don't hesitate, they were super great from the bartenders, to the servers to the Maitre D to the Bridal attendants. My guest loved the food, The steak and scrimp was great and the Duck (I was told) was fantastic. The dessert they offer (besides the cake) was a ice cream with nuts on the outside and throughout was yummy.

I just want to thank the wonderful staff at the Chateau Briand. I attended the Colarusso/Novack wedding on Saturday July 23. I have celiac disease and have to eat gluten free. I brought Kind bars in my purse, not expecting to be able to eat the food at the reception, but was so pleased to be offered a gluten free salad and entree. Both were delicious. So, thank you all!

My young nephew & his bride selected the newly renovated Leonardo Da Vinci ballroom at the Chateau Briand as the venue for their late June wedding reception. My son & daughter were in the bridal party, my wife and I were among 200+ guests. So this review is cut from a guest experience perspective.
The cocktail reception was hosted in the outdoor garden. The size of two large ballrooms, the outdoor garden has water features surrounded by a series of pavilions where guests can cluster, and enjoy. between the pavilions that surround what can be described as a rectangular courtyard are diverse serving stations. Themes along worldwide destinations, there was a vege station, a pasta bar, a seafood bar with huge selection, a fusion carving station with a roast pig, roast lamb and roast turkey, and more. In addition to the stations there were appetizers served butler style. The chairs and informal seating available was ample and nicely spread out. Contrary to what others describe, the food was amazing, well prepared and simply delicious. the service can only be described as polite and nearly invisible. That's a positive - you knew that someone was whisking away soiled plates, glasses & napkins - quickly and quietly. As sunset over the outdoor garden guests were ushered to the Leonardo Da Vinci ballroom on the second floor. The staircase done in multiple hardwoods was stunning.
The ballroom featured a huge dance floor in the center, and walls lined with back lit plantation style shutters. the menu offered guests 10 selections to suit every persuasion. I chose the Salmon Dijon which was prepared exactly how I like my fish served. the Venetian styled desserts were just amazing.
To cut to the chase, Chateau Briand is Unmatched, Extravagant, and Lavish! Simply Amazing! We hada great time

Our wedding day was nothing short of perfect and we have Chateau Briand to thank for that! Everyone we dealt with from the inception through the wedding day was friendly, professional and easy to work with. You made sure we were taken care of each step of the way and for that, word scan not express how thankful we are. Our guests had an absolutely amazing time and we couldn't have asked or anything more. From the bottom of our hearts Thank You Chateau Briand for helping give us the wedding of our dreams! We are forever grateful.

Want to tell you the party we hosted here was a HIT! Thank you for all the assistance in the planning and mainly for Maria; she did such an amazing job managing the event from start to finish/ The night went effortlessly. Every attention to detail from finding a safety pin for a guest, directions for guests to the food stations, photo booth and making sure the registration girls were fed. We felt pampered. Thank you for the superb job!
