Victoria Scotto of the Chateau Briand & Scotto Brothers will be honored by the Queens Courier as a Power Woman in Business!

We wish to congratulate Victoria on  this well deserved honor & thank Victoria for her dedication to the family business.

VICTORIA SCOTTO BIO:
Having literally been born into it, Victoria fell in love with the restaurant business at a very early age.  Her first memories are tagging along with her dad Victor to the pizzeria where Scotto Brothers began.  As she entered High School and their business grew into Italian and steakhouse restaurants, catering houses and hotels, Victoria continued to work and learn the many facets of the industry.

After receiving her degree in business from Hofstra University, Victoria ran a restaurant in Garden City for her father and continued to learn every aspect of the business from front & back of house.  This is when she realized that the hospitality industry was truly her passion.

Victoria is proud to be included in the second generation of the Scotto family and credits her father Victor Scotto for instilling his European work ethic in her and her siblings.  She is proud to continue to learn from him and also work beside her youngest brother, Victor Jr.

Combining people skills and passion, Victoria continues to grow in an ever changing industry to meet the needs of her clients Her proudest work includes raising her two daughters (Alexis & Katelyn) to be strong and independent women while always being supportive and encouraging them to be their best.  Victoria sits on the board of several local charities and is active in many community events.
