The Chateau will be serving their chefs creations at this year’s American Cancer Society Hospitality Ballwhich helps raise awareness and funds for research in the fight against cancer. The evening will take place on March 21, 2011 from 7pm-12midnight and there will be live entertainment from two bands and five DJ’s. Some of Long Island’s best restaurants, bars and clubs will be in attendance. Ticket’s are $100/each.

On November 22, 2010 The Scotto Brothers hosted a Casino Night fundraiser for The Ronald McDOnald House of Long Island. It was an exciting evening with live entertainment from Body Rock and The Chateau prepared an amazing spead of food. Attendees played games such as blackjack, craps & roulette and walked away with prizes such as a Lotus Racecar for the weekend, Disney Tickets and Gift Certificates to some of Long Island’s premier steakhouses: Rare 650 & Blackstone
The Scotto Brothers raised $7,250 for the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island from this event. On December 15, 2010 they presented the donation check at their Lights of Love ceremony at the House.
Scotto Brothers hosted their first annual Toys for Tots toy drive last night (December 2, 2010) at the Fox Hollow in Woodbury. Children and adults of all ages were in attendance as well as the local Marines from Garden City, Syosset Fire Dept., Nassau Police and of course members of the Scotto Family!
Scotto Brothers collected over 500 toys for the organization this evening and everyone who attended had an amazing time! Children relished in desserts of all kinds including cotton candy, popcorn, ice cream and custom creations from the chefs at The Fox Hollow. Santa and his elves brought smiles to everyone’s faces. The Marines color guard performed and Ladislao A. Godoy, a local marine and Suffolk County Police officer, was awarded for his dedication and bravery in serving our community & country. Mr. Anthony Scotto was also awarded for his generosity and commitment to helping the community. This was a great way to kick off the Holiday Season!
